Davidson has been a full time Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach in the Bay Area since 2008. He has worked with clients of all ages including people who need help returning from injury. Prior to working as a Personal Trainer, he worked at a Physical Therapy clinic helping patients with their rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries.
In 2015, Davidson was fortunate enough to start working as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for West Valley College Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams. At West Valley, he has helped the program to develop into a consistent playoff team and a Conference Champion. Currently, he also runs the strength & conditioning for Women’s Soccer and Softball at WVC. In 2018, he also began working as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Mountain View Volleyball Club, training Power League teams on both the boys and girls side.
Davidson received his Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University where he also received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He also holds numerous other certifications and is constantly learning new methods & techniques.
